  To my Valentine
Code: Valentine04
$0.00
Excellent patriotic Valentine's Day card showing Cupid hoisting an American flag with hearts instead of stars. Many of our holiday cards include the American flag - it is AMERICANpostcardart.com after all. Caption says "Allegiance true I proudly swear, Unto Love's flag, and here declare, That nought my loyalty shall sever; Your own Sir Valentine for ever." Circa the early 1900s. Wonderful!

  To my Valentine
Code: Valentine05
$0.00
Fun Valentine's Day card, circa the early 1900s, showing two Cupids playing tennis using hearts instead of tennis balls. Very lovely, very Victorian details of the fountain and shrubbery, and the Cupids' faces are very sweet. Too cute!

  Tennis Cupids
Code: TennisCupids
$0.00
Charming view of two cupids playing tennis, and instead of balls they are batting around hearts. Sweet expressions, lovely blue flowers at their feet. They seem to be at the seashore. Postmarked 1908.

Here's another great view of two Cupids batting around hearts. Cute wings, and pretty flowers beneath the net. Also, a similar shore view background as the Tennis Cupids view. Circa the 1910s or so.

  Bowling Cupids

$0.00
Here's a terrific vintage Valentine image of two Cupids bowling, using hearts instead of pins. Postmarked 1908, this is a particularly fine image, brought to us by the famous S. Langsdorf & Co., the folks who brought us the Alligator Borders, most of the Shell Borders, and my favorite State Girls series.

  Flying Cupid
Code: FlyingCupid
$0.00
Wonderful image of a cupid in a 'flying machine' postmarked 1911. Love all the hearts and the forget-me-not garland. The caption reads: "Faster than the winds I fly through the air To be this day with my Valentine fair."

Quantity in Basket: none
