Wow, Homestead certainly had some great postcards, didn't they?! This is a wonderful linen view of South Krome Avenue, circa the 1940s. Great colors, good cars, and nice red truck. A sign to the left says Sinclair HC Gasoline, and another sign says Sinclair Credit Cards. There's a Restaurant, a Hotel, and a Gulf station further down the street.

Terrific linen view of Krome Avenue, circa the 1940s or so. Shows a Standard Oil gas station to the right, but what I really like is the "Buy Real Estate Now" sign that can be seen painted on the building behind the gas station. Don't we wish!
