		South Main Street Code: NY3839 $0.00 Excellent Rotograph image of South Main Street in Jamestown, circa 1905. That's a "Hardware" store to the far right. The reason I bought this particular image - it's going to sound crazy - is because there's a man to the far left scooping up horse manure off the street. It's the only postcard I've ever seen of anyone doing that, and you know a whole lot of it must have gone on. But, as far as my postcard collection goes, it's a unique moment. 		Third Street Looking West Code: NY3841 $0.00 Great linen view of Third Street Looking West, circa the 1940s or thereabouts. I see a huge billboard to the left that says something-non Pure Beer, and a bottle that sort of looks like a Tabasco bottle with the somewhat ambiguous slogan "The New Senior." It's 3:10 on the clock. Down the street there's the Hotel Samuel's, and on the right there's the Hotel Jamestown, Woolworth, and Marie Beauty Salon. Lots of bustle, and a lovely sky.
