Great early view of the "Richest Hill in the World",Butte, Mont. This looks like it was published in the 1910s. Lots of activity, buildings, smokestacks. It was interesting that when I scanned the card in Photoshop there were all sorts of black specks in the sky. I couldn't tell if it was the card, or if there was just so much soot in the air that the image captured it all. Well, thinking that you could have too much of a good thing, I took most of it out...
