Eighteenth National Orange Show, San Bernadino

Wonderful image promoting the Eighteenth National Orange Show, San Bernadino, 1928. I love the pretty girl in the orange with her flapper haircut. Very fun! The reverse says "California's Greatest Midwinter Event. A quarter million visitors annually. There's a reason."

Third Street, looking East
Code: CA7465
$0.00
Fine view of Third Street, looking East, by famous California postcard publisher Edward H. Mitchell, postmarked 1922. Look at all those American flags! This looks like such a fun place and a fun time. There's the St. Charles Hotel next to an optician's sign to the left, and F. W. Woolworths to the right, and a Cafe down the street. On the right side of the Street there's the Olympic Theatre and the Commercial Hotel. Lots of cars, a trolley, and nary a horse in sight.
